Whenever I try to search something in Google I receive these messages.
Whenever I type in the captcha it just reloads and gives me a new one to type in. Virus?
Windows 7 64 bit if that helps which I doubt.

Just google it.
Okay, I did. This post seems relevant and helpful:

Are you on a corporate network with many users natted to a single IP? If you’re at home are you hosting a tor exit node?

if the two things I listed below don’t apply....you should do a scan for malware asap. That’s pretty much the only other cause.

Virus. Malwarebytes that shit, then run a Defender scan
Also just install Defender / Microsoft Security Essentials. No better AV program out there

We have about 50 users on a single IP at our office and I’ve never seen that message before. I wonder how many it takes?

I’m at home. There are 3 computers, 4 phones, a Chromecast, and one “smart” TV connected to our network. Should be 9 IP addresses, although my computer and phone are the only ones powered on and connected at the moment.

Yeah it kinda came back. It seems to be on and off. Scanning now. Will reboot too, just for good measure.

Have you tried not sending automated queries?

I never saw it until we had about 300 users with light Internet use. But as soon as I made the nat pool round Robin 4 public address it stopped. I got it at home when hosting an exit node. Did the same thing with 2 address and it stopped.
Could be dude’s router picked up a new dhcp ip and the previous owner was hosting an exit node.

If scans don’t find something then likely cool. But whenever I’ve seen that message it’s immediately suspicious, especially on consumer gear.

Also just call your Internet company and request a new IP, they’ll usually do it no questions asked. And that will fix it. But if you are infected with something it may come back.

Damn, I’m so stupid... why didn’t I think of that?!
